These classes are limited to 3 people per class allowing for maximum attention. Sign up soon to reserve your space.

Important information for In-studio classes



You must pre-register at least 1 hour before class for in-studio classes.
No walk-ins.

Classes will have a maximum of 7 students, plus 1 teacher: eight people total in the studio. You must be fully vaccinated to attend an in-studio class and must show proof of vaccination.
If you will not be able to make it to class, you must cancel 2 hours before the start time, or you will be charged for the class.
You will also be required to fill out a new studio release form before your first in-studio class.​



Cancelation Policy



For all Group Classes, (Mat Pilates, Barre, or Yoga):
If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation 2 hours prior to the scheduled class start time, to avoid being charged for the class.
If you are on an unlimited package, there will be a $20 fee for reservations not cancelled 2 hours prior to class start time.

For all Group Reformer/Tower Classes and Private Sessions:
If you are unable to attend, you must cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled class/session start time, to avoid being charged for the class/session.
